International Women class on Satudays 14.11. and 12.12. /Tunti siirtyy lauantaille 14.11. ja 12.12.

The Friday International Women class has been cancelled due to low attendance, but will be organised once a month on Satudays! / Perjantain International Women -tunti on lopetettu vähäisen kävijämäärän vuoksi, mutta tunti järjestetään kerran kuussa lauantaisin!

International Women class will be held in late autumn on Saturdays, 14.11. and 12.12. at 11-12, in the pedagogical hall of Mehtimäki Hall (Motonet Arena). The theme of the sessions is Asahi & Mobility. / International Women -tunti järjestetään loppusyksyllä lauantaina 14.11. ja 12.12. klo 11-12 Mehtimäki-hallin (Motonet-areena) pedagogisessa salissa. Aiheena Asahi & Mobility.

• A dedicated group for the international women of Joensuu. In this group women from all over the world get to try and enjoy various types of sports activities in a warm and supportive space. This recreational sports group is open to all women, regardless of fitness level. We focus on developing coordination, flexibility, strength, while sharing the joy of movement. The classes are in English.
